VIVOTEK Celebrates 25th Anniversary at ISC West 2025

Last week’s 2025 ISC West trade show in Las Vegas was a milestone as we celebrated our 25 year anniversary, and it showed throughout the event.

From a record number of show attendee and media booth visits to the successful launch of VIVOTEK’s AI-Hub and new true color cameras to our company’s partner appreciation party, our staff were engaged with current and new customers from around the world from start to finish each day.

During the show, we also announced the opening of VIVOTEK’s Global Design Center in San Jose, Calif. This milestone marks the completion of VIVOTEK's transformation into a leading solutions provider, reflecting our deep understanding of industry needs. Building on the success of VORTEX, this highlights VIVOTEK’s strong commitment to embracing the AI and Cloud era.

AI is now a priority in the security industry, and, once again, it was a focal point of our strategy during ISC West. During our many sales and marketing meetings during ISC West, we discussed how we are integrating AI into our product lines and software platforms, much to the gratification of our partners who are seeing a quickly growing need for this technology to satisfy their customers’ needs.

VORTEX was a focal point for partners, customers, and the media from the beginning of Day 1 to the end of the show. This was most prevalent in our launch of our new AI-Hub to the platform, leaving attendees and the media impressed by its simplified surveillance by centralizing AI-powered search with incident management, enhancing user experience with intuitive navigation, effortless footage retrieval via semantic search, and faster decision-making through Deep Search and Event Insight.

We also announced two new cameras during ISC West, the IT9383-HVW and IT9383-HTVW 5MP Outdoor Turret Dome AI cameras. What got our guests talking are the cameras’ WDR Pro for unparalleled visibility and AI-powered Smart Motion Detection and Smart VCA, allowing the IT9383-HV and IT9383-HVW to provide superior image performance in both daytime and nighttime, with enhanced investigative efficiency.

With a new and highly successful booth layout of this year’s show, it drew attendees in with its centralized greeting counter where they were then surrounded by all we were featuring at the show. Attendees also commented on how accessible our staff was to meeting with them, and how much they enjoyed our reception party at a restaurant in The Venetian at the conclusion of Day 1.

VIVOTEK continuously adds new value and insights for our partners and users through the ever evolving concepts and directives we presented during ISC West, and it clearly showed with the abundance of positive feedback we received.
